The Community Health Outreach Program is dedicated to providing essential health resources to underserved communities who have little or no access to medical care and who are less likely to have contact with a health care provider. Emphasis is placed on:

Health promotion

Prevention through health education, medical screening services, such as blood pressure, risk for heart disease and diabetes both domestically and internationally.

Our goal is to foster not only health, but self-reliance by enabling poor individuals to recognize symptoms, seek treatment, and prevent further illness.
